GENERAL

TICKETS

  • All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.

    Please bring a valid form of photographic ID with you to the event (please note, we only accept drivers licences’, valid passports, and foreign national ID cards as identification and/or proof of age).
    If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide a valid photographic ID to match this name.
    Any fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected.

  • Please access your account on your ticket provider website and try to download the ticket directly from there.

    If you still can’t see your tickets, please contact your ticket provider directly for assistance.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • Brooklyn Storehouse is a 21+ venue.

    There are no exceptions to this.

  • All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.

    Being searched is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.

    Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. 

    Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation. 

    You are entitled to refuse the search and leave the venue at any point.

    Anyone clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry to the event.

    Once you have left the venue, re-admittance is not permitted.

  • Brooklyn Storehouse operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. 

    Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue.

    Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission and ejected from the venue.

  • We only accept drivers licences, valid passports, or foreign national ID cards.

    If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide a valid photographic ID to match this name.

    Please note that we cannot accept expired or out-of-date forms of ID. 

    If you are not able to provide a valid and in-date form of ID, you will be refused entry to the premises.

  • We do not allow bags or rucksacks on site that are bigger than a standard piece of paper (8.5 x 11).

    If you bring a bag or rucksack larger than this to site you will not be permitted entry onto site with it.

    We have a coat check facility that is available at a cost for smaller items and for storing personal items of clothing (coats, jackets).

    Please only bring essential items with you to the venue.

     

  • No food or drink can be brought into the venue.

    We have fully stocked bars within the venue and food traders on site serving a selection of food including vegan and vegetarian options.

  • The following items are not permitted into the venue.

    – illegal substances
    – any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume) or food
    – professional cameras (no detachable lens or Go Pros)
    – flashlights or lasers
    – speakers, noise makers, megaphones
    – klaxons or air horns
    – bottles
    – weapons
    – ammunition
    – whistles
    – drums
    – fireworks
    – flares
    – smoke canisters
    – explosives
    – firearms
    – knives and blades*
    – costume weapons
    – large bags or backpacks
    – hi-visibility jackets or similar
    – signs, posters or flyers
    – marker pens, spray paint, stickers or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure
    – pointed tip or large umbrellas
    – inflatables / stuffed toys
    – LED style props
    – management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary

    *We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue, and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of prohibited items.

GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

  • All of our bars and food traders only accept card and contactless payment methods.

    Coat check is payment by cash only and there are cash machines within the venue.

  • You can smoke and vape within the designated outdoor smoking areas only.

    If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be asked to leave the venue without refund.

  • Set times will be released on social media on the day of the show and posted around the venue.

    Please note set times are subject to change.

  • There is a designated coat check facility once you come through the main entrance at the venue. 

    All items are left at owner risk. Do not leave any valuable items in the coat check.

  • There is no set dress code at Brooklyn Storehouse.

  • If you feel unwell or see someone who looks unwell, please contact any member of staff immediately. We have a trained medical team on-site every show who will provide non judgemental care and advice should you need it.

TRAVEL AND PARKING

  • If you are arriving by Uber, Lyft or taxi, enter your destination as ‘Brooklyn Storehouse, Building 293, Brooklyn Navy Yard’.

    Your taxi will take you to the dedicated drop off area within the Navy Yard, directly outside of the venue. 

    If you are arriving on foot, you can enter via Clymer Street Gate on Kent Avenue, or via Clinton Avenue Gate on Flushing Avenue only.

    IMPORTANT

    PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO EXIT AFTER THE EVENT VIA THE CLYMER ENTRANCE GATE ON KENT AVENUE. 

    ALL RIDESHARE VEHICLES AND THOSE LEAVING ON FOOT WILL BE DIRECTED TO LEAVE VIA CLINTON GATE ON FLUSHING AVENUE.

    If you are travelling via the Subway the closest station is Marcy Avenue (10 mins walk to the venue) and is serviced by the J and M trains.

  • There is no parking available in the local area.

    There are a very limited amount of on-site parking tickets available to purchase from your ticketing provider for each event. These tickets must be purchased in advance. If you do not have a pre-purchased parking ticket, please do not drive to the venue.

    Do not park illegally outside of the venue or in local residential areas.

    Traffic enforcement officers work around the venue and illegally parked cars will be fined and towed.

  • When leaving the venue, please consider our neighbours and leave quietly.

    If you are leaving via rideshare, we have a designated pick-up point on site for Uber and Lyft vehicles which your app will direct you to when booking.

    Please do not book your rideshare vehicle until you have walked to the designated collection point

    IMPORTANT

LOST PROPERTY

  • Please email lostproperty@brooklynstorehouse.com with a clear description of your lost item and the event at which you misplaced it.

    We often deal with a large number of lost property requests, so please be patient while we go through all items.

    Brooklyn Storehouse keep lost and found items for a maximum of thirty days.

    After this period, they are passed on to local charity shops.

    Valuable items may be held for a longer period. Items such as passports, IDs and cell phones are securely disposed of if not collected within the stated time frame of three weeks.

    Please note we are not responsible for any personal items lost on site.
